Physiotherapy
MotionMate Training provides mobile physiotherapy services only for NDIS participants based in the Perth Metropolitan Area, WA.
We do not operate from a fixed clinic location. All physiotherapy services are delivered in environments that best support functional outcomes, including your home, school, or another appropriate community setting as agreed with you.
Services may include both direct supports (such as face-to-face or telehealth sessions) and indirect supports (such as planning, reporting, and coordination).

IMPORTANT NDIS INFORMATION
MotionMate Training is currently operating as an
un-registered NDIS provider.
This means that NDIS customers can still engage in physiotherapy services with MotionMate Training provided they are either plan-managed or self-managed for their Improved Daily Living (IDL) budget on their NDIS plan.
As an unregistered provider, MotionMate Training is still required to adhere to the NDIS Code of Conduct and all relevant legislation, including obligations relating to safe service delivery, participant rights, privacy, professionalism, and quality care. We are committed to delivering services in line with NDIS principles of choice and control, dignity, and respect, and to maintaining high clinical and ethical standards at all times.
